is it god layer or cho-z layer?

Cho-Z. But you can make it Plastic, that should still work.

Super Z Ability: Slash Breaker

There are two parts of this layer, which is cO1 and cO2, and both would be necessary.
If you want to make everything easy, you can directly 3D print both parts.
And if you want it to be more competitive and you have access to metal manufacture such as CNC, you can make the cO2 metal. 2 screws are need to assemble the layer. And you can also try some different material such as rubber, which may result in different performance.
Warning: The cO2 could be super heavy if you make it metal, and it might damage other layers. I suggest you to make it plastic or some light metal such as aluminum.

You will need metal manufacture to complete this disc. And the .stp file is necessary for this.

There are 4 files to make this driver. The tip(Kn4) is Rubber but you can make it plastic. You will need a M2*5 screw to assemble it.
You need to get the white ring and the spring from another driver. This may totally destroy that driver.
Also, you would need another two M2*8 screws to finally complete this driver.
