First, got to the Wii Menu if you already havn't, then go to the Wii Message Board. When you there look to the left and you will see a pencil/pen and paper and will say "Create Message." When you have done that you will see three optons, Memo icon, a letter, and Address Book. Click the address book then press register. If you have any more questions let me know.
