I asked her out twice so u not happening I just need to tell her how I feel.Body language, dude. Older girls hate straight forward answers. You start by putting your hand lightly around her when you're showing her inside, look at her eyes and smile, cuddle up to her, keep yourself close when you're sitting down, etc. We love close contact like that. It's a good way of telling someone how you feel. They'll respond similarly if they like you. THEN you ask. You have to hook the fish before reeling it in. Right now you know the fish is in the pond, but you don't know if it's biting. Telling someone outright makes you look like a dork. Unless you do it like my brother did. His best friend, Alegra (classy/cultured/intelligent), was dating this arrogant/obnoxious/low class/stoner freshman, Zander. My brother, Brendan didn't realize he had feelings for her until he saw he was jealous of Zander (and loathed him just like the rest of Alegra's friends). He passed her a note one day after all of his friend, me, and my mother pushed him to tell her how he felt. His note was like this: "You always said I was your first boyfriend and Zander was your second. I realized I really like you. I'd really like to be your one and only boyfriend" The way he wrote is was so much better. Unless you can pull off a note or "speech" like that with true sincerity, don't bother telling her. RE: have you had a crush on a seinor at your school before? - Storm Pegasis - May. 05, 2009 The going out part only is what i meant. RE: have you had a crush on a seinor at your school before? - G - May. 05, 2009 You sound like my gf's friend. She's been trying to get with this guy for like... 3 years now? She never asked him out, but she was able to get him to go clubbing with her once. But yeah, you're a boy in high school going for an older chick. I don't really hear of older girls dating younger guys though (cept cougars, but that comes later in life). Some feel like they're just babysitting them half the time. My only advice for you, since it sounds grim sorry to say, is to just move on. This may not sound like the answer you want to hear, but it may just be reality. What did you get out of that? Lmao @ To! I had a crush on what I thought was the assistant gym teacher. Turns out, the "assistant gym teacher" was just a temporary student teacher that wasn't actually hired by the school. I was so pissed when I found out. I was going to flirt back when the student teacher was flirting with me, but the program had ended by time I found out. ![]() RE: have you had a crush on a seinor at your school before? - Storm Pegasis - May. 05, 2009 My crush is way too friendly to be rude to me. It most likely varies from place to place. But ask her out to go and do something casual like getting a drink at a coffee shop or something. Don't ask her out like relationship wise at the end, but just see if she would do it again then build it from there. I mean giving up isn't an option anymore because that's been my option until December 2008. Everyone that's ever asked me out I've turned down. Too much on spot pressure. That's a HUGE decision for me. It's like, I have to spot flirting with everyone?! Right then and there?! I see dating ages are pretty mixed generally. It's amazing how large the age gap is between same sex lovers. Majority of the time they are 3+ years apart from the other. That's what I'm trying to say, but too many people get wrapped up in this high school bull carp. The only time I think asking out formally is necessary is for prom. RE: have you had a crush on a seinor at your school before? - Storm Pegasis - May. 05, 2009 i can't help liking her. I mean she's beautiful, fun to talk to, kind, outgoing, and amazing. Getting "asked out" like that is horrible because you have to make a decision instantly and you don't get time to think, or bond with them at ALL. I don't get why people do it... but anyways, this is just one opinion. Someone not liking something doesn't make them an idiot. It's some babyish school carp that people get into because they think that's how it works. Basically, no, it's not the same really. Hard to explain and I'm sure someone could explain more easily than i could. Who says we're single? |
