RE: This is what happens when you mix beyblades with legos. - Medz - Aug. 29, 2009 How come in the video you shot one first then the next one a few seconds later. I really think that'll effect the outcome alot. e.e RE: This is what happens when you mix beyblades with legos. - Galaxxy - Aug. 29, 2009 Woah when they spin they actually look like plastics lol. That's why it took some time for me to launch again. (Aug. 29, 2009 7:56 PM)AlphaBlader Wrote: Woah when they spin they actually look like plastics lol. Yeah kind of. lol UPDATE SEPTEMBER 16th Problems with System 3 require a change to System 4 System 3 lego beys come apart when in moderate to heavy contact with the opponent ( moderate and strong attacks make them come apart) This requires a design change. However I do want them to stay similar in terms of parts and looks. The problem is: I have no idea how to improve it. Here is a System 3 project I did a few months ago, just so you can see the parts and how it works: http://i596.photobucket.com/albums/tt44/Mirraslog0/UpperWings2.jpg Any ideas and designs are welcome! In fact if your system works really well I might do a contest and give away a FREE Lego bey and launcher to the winner! RE: This is what happens when you mix beyblades with legos. - Medz - Sep. 16, 2009 Woah that looks epic. o.o RE: This is what happens when you mix beyblades with legos. - Nuno - Sep. 19, 2009 Update September 19th Finally, my 10 hours of hard work finally paid off: [Image: IMG_2205.jpg] [Image: IMG_2206.jpg] [Image: IMG_2207.jpg] Name: Dragoon Fantom Ultimate Version Type: Attack System: 3 Parts List: AR: Ultimate Dual Dragon WD: Balance Core: 1 Special Height: Chain Attacker Bottom: Rubber Flat 2 Additional Info: +10 hours of work. I just did it because I wanted to do something different. All my other AR's and other parts are almost circular with small contact points. Believe me, I put a lot of effort into doing things that actually work well. Sometimes you just have to get a bit out of that same old routine you know? Besides, this is probably the only crazy design I'll ever do, so don't start with hateful comments... RE: Nuno's Lego "Beyblades" (Updated 10/20/2009) - Nuno - Nov. 27, 2009 System 4 is here! [Image: 7-1.jpg] [Image: 6.jpg] [Image: 1.jpg] [Image: 2.jpg] [Image: 3.jpg] [Image: 4.jpg] [Image: 5.jpg] The new AR attaches to the core and the you turn it right for left spin or left for right spin. The new H offers way more stability and now the bey doesn't come apart anymore. New video to come in a very near future. RE: Nuno's Lego "Beyblades" (Updated 11/27/2009) - bey tempest - Nov. 27, 2009 whoa thats sick as RE: Nuno's Lego "Beyblades" (Updated 11/27/2009) - DiverDan - Nov. 28, 2009 Wow, I'm loving the AR design. RE: Nuno's Lego "Beyblades" (Updated 11/27/2009) - theflightyellz - Nov. 28, 2009 These really would look a lot nicer if you went over them with a fine grain sand paper after wards (just to clean up all the rough edges). Still pretty impressive though! |
