Oh carp.... I wasn't expecting the wheel to look like that at all. An example of an MFB that looks better without the stickers >.< It might have good upper attack though.

Capricorne looks awesome. I'm loving the ways these things are looking more and more every time I see a new one. <3 .
Sorry to rain on ur guys' parade but I doubt this will have any upper worthy of using. The horns are too rounded for it to work correctly, not to mention that it doesn't look to heavy either. It looks to be an endurance wheel like Virgo, but possibly with less balance.

I doubt upper attack will be big in MFB at all. There's always the possibility to make an endurance or defense combo just as low as the lowest attack combo, and there is no real reason to not do so.
