I just got my stadium on Friday and been playing with it and it seems to work just like a takara tomy stadium.

No this is not the place to ask, There is no weight limited for WBO tournaments. The only banned part for WBO tournaments in the Libra wheel
Please do not ask anymore questions pertaining to weight limits, or what is aloud or not aloud at WBO tournaments, in this thread

You could bring it for free play. I doubt it will be allowed for actual tournament play though.

Bdaichi currently has a idea of 4 beyblades
( 2 on each side) being launched at the washington monument

The only difference is mine is a sono Kong model and is orange and Bdaichi got his out of a set but its still the same stadium

Super Vortex Bey stadiums are not aloud in WBO tournaments (As of yet, and probably will never anyways)
But you can bring a super vortex bey stadium for free play between matches

The reason we use these stadiums is because for the most part there fair to all types of beyblades. (With the attack stadium being the best of them all) Also if your not using a attack type you shouldn't have to worry about using a different stadium. But if you are using a attack type you need to make sure you can perform the sliding shoot because its crucial for attack types to win

you can switch blades between opponents but you have to use the same blade during a single match.
