You really have no possible Attack type ... Storm Capricorne M145Q is not an option.
You should be able to make Rock C145RS for Defense, and Flame 145D for Stamina. Not the best though ...

He would also like to know if Burn Phoenix 135F is a good combo

Stamina:
Burn____ 145 WD (top tier pretty much)
Earth __________ 145 WD (Same deal, but slightly worse IIRC. Has slightly better defence)
Attack:
Leone 145 RF (Good, better with a metal face. High recoil)
Burn is decent as a destabiliser on a low track IIRC.

Hey guys! I have 5 Hasbro Metal Fusion beys:
Rock Aires, Rock Leone, Storm Pegasus, Storm Aquario, and Earth Eagle.
So far, my current custumization is Earth Leone ED145 WD. I've been told that it's a bad combo, but I have defeated every uncustomized blade from the first arc of the series, excluding Flame Libra. Also, in a three beyblade battle, I launched my combo first, then Storm Pegasus, then Rock Leone, and it still won easily. However, I am open to new ideas.

You should really look at the competitive combos thread. The wheel of Earth Eagle, aka Earth Aquila (Japanese name) is excellent for defense customizations, such as: MF Earth Aquila C145WB (You can change the clear wheel to something like a bull clear wheel to make it MF Earth Bull C145WB).
The earth wheel is also good for stamina customizations. Check the competitive combos thread for more info.

flame is great for stamina and 145(leones track) is decent for stamina,but hf/s(aquarios tip) isn't really good for stamina when in s mode and in hf mode the blade won't benefit much because flame and 145 don't have a good design for attack.replace hf/s with sd(comes with dark bull),wd(comes with earth eagle/aquila) or at least es(comes with flame libra).and also switch the libra clear wheel/energy ring with bull or aquairio's and you will have a pretty good stamina blade.

defense-best combo you could make is rock leone c145wb(good),but if you have hasbro's dark mold,dark leone c145wb would be better.

Storm Pegasis 100HF is your best bet for an attack type.
