RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - theflightyellz - Mar. 24, 2009 Thanks for the offers of blade lending ^ ^ It'd be cool if I could get one while I was there, really hoping I can get a few extra hours in at work before next week, having my tonsils removed next Saturday, so that'll be two weeks off without pay =[ *sigh* might have to sell some of my old blades.. Anyone interested in a near mint stickerless clear plastic Driger S with revolver weight disk? RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 Well if you're willing to get rid of older blades, maybe you could trade on the day? Or before hand if you can sort something out. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 24, 2009 Let me get this straight. It is only metal blades in the tourny and I can't get to buy them unless it is off a website before the day? If this is the case then how much are they? So I know and can think about getting one or not. If I am able to get one then put me in tourny, I'll give it a go though I would be rusty. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 Metal only blades in the tourney but there should be plastics and HMs allowed in free battles. I thought Chozen said he wanted to do a plastics tourney as well but I dunno if there will be enough time for that and it wasn't talked about much. But yeah, the only places to get MFB are of certain websites or generous members. The prices vary depending on where you buy them from and how many you get at a time. There should be a thread about buying MFB in the BeyMarketplace forum..... RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - KidTala - Mar. 24, 2009 I might give him one of my blades if I get two But Im not so sure I will RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 Necessary post? Zander, if for some reason you cannot get any by then, you're welcome to borrow mine providing you take good care of them. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - BeyUK-Espio - Mar. 24, 2009 (Mar. 24, 2009 5:47 PM)KidTala Wrote: I might give him one of my blades if I get two Was pretty pointless posting this. I hope this event is a success. If they do manage to get this into the expo, from what I hear from Brad the guys that run it are being totally carp at the moment, then it would be a two day thing thus meaning the possibility of two tournaments. If it will be held outside then I hope for the best =D. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 Everyone seems pretty enthusiastic, I'm sure something will go ahead even if the Excel people continue to be carps. And then if this goes well and people have experienced travelling and such, we can probably get a mini tourney in before the next Expo. Thanks man, your the best, apart from Brad though, sorry but he does run all this and move it along and of course I would look after it. Anyway, if I was to buy then it would only be one and I don't know how much thingy is in pounds or whatever. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 Lol, I'm a girl. And prices range from like £7 - £30. Average is like £12 I think. I'd say your best bet would be from theintoy.com, from a member or from a Japanese site. But you have to get MOJ for that (which isn't hard it's just that people don't seem to want to bother with the effort). Very sorry about that. Anyway, I don't think I follow what you said. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 S'okay, I'm not offended or anything. And I was talking about how much MFBs might cost. You should try and get one from theintoy.com, a WBO member or from a Japanese site. But if you want to get them from a Japanese site then you have to use MOJ (Mail Order Japan) which is like a proxy between the shop and you as you can't buy directly from the shop. Because we're in the UK and all. There's a thread all about it in the Bey Marketplace. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 24, 2009 OK then, thanks for the info. Blitz also said that he/she is selling some if I was interested. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - BeyUK-Espio - Mar. 24, 2009 No sales can be made if the event is held inside. These are the rules for having the expo pay for a stand. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 24, 2009 I didn't say they were being sold at the expo it'self. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Mar. 24, 2009 Blitz is a guy, lol. And he's really nice. I got my current MFBs off of him too. I thought he'd already sold them all though.... Guess not. ^^; And I'm sure if two people really want to make a deal then they can just walk outside and swap cash and blade? ^^; RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 24, 2009 (Mar. 24, 2009 7:48 PM)BeyUK-Espio Wrote: LOL, I misread your post so my bad. Don't worry about it, I might not have made myself clear on it. And yeah, people can just do that and I guess he hasn't. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - KidTala - Mar. 26, 2009 Woo. I might get some money when we get into the Easter Holidays. About £20. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Zander Soulwind - Mar. 26, 2009 I think I will have to get into this and the MFB I wish to have is 'Dark wolf'. So I'll try to get hold of it as soon as I can. Look out everyone, Zander's aiming for the top. RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - poliswag - Mar. 29, 2009 I wish I could be in this. I live in Cali. T.T It's really awesome though that so many people are into beyblade still, it's awesome! Keep it up guys RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Aqua - Mar. 29, 2009 (Mar. 29, 2009 8:25 PM)paulie Wrote: I wish I could be in this. You can try to make it to the Vancouver Beyblade Summit Tournament. It's much closer than going to the UK RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - theflightyellz - Mar. 30, 2009 Will anyone be selling MFB's at the expo? It'd be really cool if somebody organising the tournament was selling them, since last year was a record breaking year for expo since it had the highest convention attendance rate of any anime/comicbook convention in the UK. I can't think of a better way to promote the game. |
