Got the Y Ver.!
Fortunately, I booked it a week ago or so.. both versions were sold out in about 20 minutes
They gave me also some stickers limited edition, and now I've just took the Charmander from Prof. Platan. But I switched off because of its nature :\
My team right now is: Froagadier, Flitchling, Combusken, Pikachu and Charmender (when I'll have the right nature, haha)..I would take some more time to choose the 6th. There's too much fire in my team.
Not to mention the fact that my Pokèmons are in the Box 2 already.. no money, no pokéballs, and the space is ending..haha.

I too keep the last one as a blank in case I like something ^^
I have Staraptor and Blaziken in my PC, but are substitutes for Charizard in any case. I'm upto the 7th Gym.

Got my game at the Midnight release and it was definitely worth it! I love the game so far, and I'm currently at the Glittering Cave, and so far my team is Frogadier, Ivysaur, Fletchinder, and Honedge. I also caught a few other pokemon like Rhyhorn, and Helioptile, but I'm not going to be using them. What I'm really excited for is my Tyrunt!
EDIT: Just got the Jaw Fossil! Tyrunt, here I come!

From Red to Y. Just picked it up a few hours ago. Fennekin is my starter.
I was debating whether or not I should try playing through it in Japanese, but I figured that would be torture at this point given my relatively low proficiency level haha. Maybe on the second time through I will.

Pokemon games are all very good but I would get Pokemon black or white first and see if you like them before getting one of these for a high price

Ok, well to see if games are good I like to watch reviews on YoutubeX) so instead of “wasting†my money on Black and White I'll just watch some video reviews of X and Y!

Well with Pokémon X and Y, they are entirely different including much new features and graphics.. (should've been on BW) and besides BW was horrible to me, it was a disappointing game to me. Like Ryu said, look at reviews or walkthroughs on YT if you want your final decision.

4 Fire types? That's a bit too much. Especially since 2 of them will end up fire/flying. And I don't think I can Mega evolved until I beat Korrina! Man, I was really hoping to defeat her with Mega Venusaur. And I think I've decided on my final team member; Lapras. Even though I already have an ice type, I'll give Lapras surf and some good ice moves to help deal with dragons. My team does still have a big electric weakness though, but I can deal with it.
