Kirby is faster than light as shown in smash meaning he can move in time. He can also warp physics using the warp star.

Kirby cannot swallow things at light speed. If he does why doesnt he ever do it? He also isn't light speed himself. The closing thing he can get to fast is like a little above jogging speed. Kirby isn't god level by default like other characters.

Why, what’s stopping him? Also we know that warp stars are faster than light speed because in smash he goes on a warp star and out runs light. He can also summon warp stars at will. Kirby can swallow anything (stated by Sakurai himself)

Warp stars are faster than light but Kirby himself is not. Kirby himself has never gone as fast as the speed of light ever. It also takes him a few seconds to even swallow something once its in his mouth. During that time Uboat kills Kirby.

Are you this ignorant? Kars has infinite speed with MiH. It aloes takes time for Kirby to swallow something. You have to factor that in smarty. During that time Kars can kill Kirby in a Multitude of ways. So many ways its funny.

Kars doesn't have to escape Kirby's mouth. He can use UBoat to instantly blow up Kirby form the inside. It also takes a few seconds for Kirby to swallow something. He can't Instantly sallow anything in an instant. Kirby's airstream can also be avoided like King DeDeDe's. It can be intense but even the intense ones are easily avoidable if you just run away or go over it. Kirby can also barely jump while He's sucking something.
