Basically, the plastic studs applies pressure to a pressure point on your wrist.
The point supposedly prevents nausea when held down.

Day One of Far East Tennis is over. I really had a lot of fun.
Far East is basically a tournament of all of the teams in the district + some international teams (14-16 teams total) and we just have a tournament. So far, I won my doubles and lost my mixed doubles, but so far have had a great time.

This is the day that I have joined the WBO for exactly a year, I enjoyed here very much. (It's the Athletic Meet today!) My English language has improved a lot this year. (Yeah, still a lot of mistakes though
) One year has gone, another year starts, I will have a joyful life with the WBO
