Man, all this sellers beyblades are fake, and they don't warn people properly, they at one point say "like beyblade" but at no point do they say "these are not official beyblades" or the like. I've reported them, but nothing's happened. IDK if it's worth asking others to report them, but they've sold a LOT of these, and it's pretty annoying that they clog up my search results: http://stores.ebay.com/deluxeshop10
Also, all these fake listings using the terms "beyblade" and "Beyblade metal fight/fusion" etc should be reportable as those terms are Takara Tomy trademarks, so listing fakes under those names, any more than to say "like beyblade" I'd think, would be trademark infringement, right?

Lol, there are plenty of fakes out there. Usually, the photo alone is enough for me to realise that it is fake. On ebay.com.au, the majority of the results are of fake beys. More then searching eBay.com

Yeah, but most of them seem to be from that Deluxeshop10 and one or two other sellers, it's just he's the one who never actually states that they're fake, and he has a buttload of them, and they're selling well.
Plus, he goes as far as to not show the boxes, so it's extremely hard to tell that they're fake, other than the "like beyblade" thing (which is in german) and the fact a lot of the blades he sells are limited editions and not released with launchers or whatever I use .com.au too btw, but I linked eBay as most members here are from the US.
And yeah, it's probably worth noting that a really shiny metal wheel often means it's fake.

Also, I'm unsure if the whole copyright you mentioned earlier would apply to the eBay sales. But, it doesn't say they are Takara Tomy beys...so that should be the major giveaway that they are selling fakes.

I just got a fake galaxy pegasis. told my father: bu a tt but he still bought me a fake... anyways, the fake one ( my avatar) was so cheap that there is no r2f, only a full metal flat sharp and instead e w105, they transluscent wa130... the clear wheel is a bit like the new hasbro metal masters... there are whites lines, meaning ththe plastic is breaking off.... also, the bey could right spin or left spin...
