Is MF Sol Blaze 90 RF good? I tried this combo and I think this is okay.

Yes however change the Sol to...Storm Quetz or use any thing els with a smash attack metal wheel with a metal face and 90RF

Pretty decent , but Burn bull 145/DF145 is a better choice.
And GB145 scrapes the floor while wobbling , making stamina worse.Bull is a better clear wheel as it balances out the blade and weight.

try changing the track to DF145.

Uh, no. ED145 is better for defense. DF145 is for stamina.

The proper names are:
Face Bolt/Face:
Fusion Wheel/Metal Wheel
Energy Ring/Clear Wheel
Spin Track/Track
Performance Tip/Bottom

Anyways, this is what you could make:

[Attack] Rock_145WB. (Beyond Dreadful. why not storm? Because in my opinion storm is even worse than rock as a high attacker. Sliding shoot is needed for this.)
[Defence] Rock Leone ED145WB (Okay)
[Stamina] Rock Aries DF145FS (Okay)

You really need better beys such as Storm Pegasis or Earth Eagle to work with.

DF145 does not increase stamina, it stabilizes the beyblade it's being used on.
