Cool finds Hato but when you mentioned Amaterios and Baldur I thought of how Hasbro distributed The Black Sun Galaxy Pegasus. What if in order to obtain Amaterios or Baldur you'd have to purchase 3 burst beys and send the receipt with a form from the Hasbro website

But I doub't they would do that, they might just give them away at tournaments at participating Toys R Us

With the QR code system there's no need to send in receipts. So it will probably be something like that.

As ugly as the english names are at least they tried something in changing them instead of keeping them named after what they were based on. Though I don't have the app yet due to having an Android phone but I may just check out my Local Wal-Mart later about this. Though this is so far the best news we've heard so far about Beyblade Burst's US app and possibly about Hasbro's Burst Line up.

Though I worry about what they'll make the other Beys name be since the only names we haven't seen in there is Xcalibur and Zeus. Though I'm glad Kerbeus and Horusood didn't suffer a name change. Though if they did they'd probably have the worst changes.

I love waking up every morning like 'Today is the day!'. So I noticed this app was out on IOS, but it's in Japanese, through Tomy. Is that the one you guys were talking about or has hasbro released one?

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - RexWolfen41 - Aug. 11, 2016

No. The Hasbro version is called Bey Blades Burst.

Xcalibur is Xcalius and Zeus is Zeutron.

I think the naming scheme is extremely lazy personally. They all follow predictable patterns of digital/robotic-sounding syllables.

Hasbro released one it's really fun but the names kinda suck but not DoomScizor

Hasbro released one.. You aren't looking at the right one. You should be able to find it...

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - JadenXD01 - Aug. 11, 2016

Something tells me those were probably names to tie in to what Hasbro's unreleased Beywarriors: Cyborg toys could've been named....Augh I just hope the beys are good. Though the only name I find good out of the changes is DoomScizor though it's nowhere near as cool as Deathscyther.

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - TrainiacJ - Aug. 11, 2016

I just tried out the app. I'm getting curious about weather the layers will come in the colors we see them in the game. It'd be cool to have new variants of them, but at the same time it would make more sense to keep the original colors.

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - shadowphoenix - Aug. 11, 2016

Per the app, could Hasbro be potentially being subtle here on a release date or am I just foolishly optimistic?

Maybe?

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - juncction - Aug. 11, 2016

The game on the app is surprisingly well made. The animations are smooth, the sounds are great, the music is terrible, but it definitely looks like they spent a lot of money and time making it. It reminds me of a higher quality version of the game that was played on the website. Would I play it often? idk probably not...

Had a look at the app on Sankey's video. It looks fun and I really hope it gets to Android devices soon.

I am quite excited about Unicrest.

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - Mitsu - Aug. 11, 2016

all of the renames literally sound like names of transformers honest

Thanks for the news!

After trying again, I found a way, and it seems Hasbro already has all the names for future releases that are known and unknown, changed and trademarked. Go here to the page to see all the names.

Seems like Hasbro does have the intention of releasing Baldur, as there is a changed version of the name (Baderov) among all the other Hasbro names (and more), which is good news! Amaterios is also in there, so maybe Amaterios too? Tons of new names, including "Ifritor", which is interesting for the fact we got Samurai Ifrit already, so another Ifrit bey?

Anyways, I'll leave the rest of the names for you guys to find and enjoy Wink

Anubion? Phantazus?
Are we getting foreshadowed for an Anubis release before TT even says anything?
And wth, Phantazus??
What is with these names?
Oh well, the kids who are blissfully unaware of beyblade burst in Japan won't know the difference.
But for us, ohhhhhh man. MUTINY!!!
But it seems like they are releasing Baldur and Amaterios so I guess it's not all bad.

I would be very surprised if we did. And I honestly don't think they should bother.

Well, if you look closely at the launcher you use in the Hasbro Beyblade Burst app, you can barely see it. I saw it because of the red and orange lights on the launcher.

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - Bey Brad - Aug. 11, 2016

^ Welp. Maybe I should shut up since I haven't downloaded the app yet. :')

Oops?

RE: Beyblade Burst Hasbro topic - Coming to North America August 2016! - shadowphoenix - Aug. 11, 2016

Though the app is in early stages and some beys like unicrest are not finished in designs/sound effects, it's really fun. I'm definitely excited even more to go buy them in the stores soon! My last post in this thread had a hyperlink to a subtle chance of a release date in 6 days and i'm sticking to that date of the 17th-18th for release! Not, of course, anything but a small theory Smile

Woah, I didn't even notice that! RexWolfen41 is absolutely right!

While this could just be exclusive to the app (likewise most of the part recolors will be), there's definitely a possibility in my mind BeyLoggers will be released.
