Eventually Henry met Yara who became his best friend and introduced him to the world of blading. But one day Yara got in a car accident causing damage to his spine and ending his blading career. A day after the crash Henry came to the hospital Yara was staying at. When he was at the hospital Yara made Henry promise that he would complete his dream of becoming the best blader in the world and gave Henry his bey Devour Hydra. Now Henry battles doing everything he can to win to honor his promise to Yara and become the number one blader in the world.

Avatar Core: Hydra (A right spin black core that has three purple dragon heads with red eyes.)

Constellation Blade: (A black right spin attack type blade similar to a bey like Valkyrie with three purple rubber attack points. The blade also consists of three little red metal blades that hit the opponents bey before the big rubber blade does.)

Unbalanced Gear

Star Armor: Path (A silver disc that consists of 6 jagged points that are designed to spin clockwise similarly to Legacy.)

Driver: A black Ultimate Reboot with purple rubber.)

Special Moves:
Devour Slash: The purple rubber on Hydra glows and Hydra attacks its opponent with a giant attack that causes massive damage.
Devour Spin: If Hydra is facing an opposite spin opponent and is losing spin, Hydra can use the rubber on Devour to gain spin like Fafnir.
Ultimate Devour Reboot: Using Ultimate Reboot, Hydra gains a lot of speed and charges at its opponent.
Flower Dash: Henry angles his launcher at a ninety degree angle causing Hydra to attack the opponent in a flower pattern like Valt's famous Rush Shoot.

Star Armor: Star Armors are similar to GT Discs, and Hasbro's Chassis Disc. Each armor has a different design, some of these even have gimmicks.

OCs: So about OCs from Mythical to spice things up, I will be allowing three to return as main cast from Mythical, while I'll take about maybe 4-5 new ones. It'll be a contest to the end of September(Maybe more time if needed) The current contest will have two winners.

OC Contest: So for Mythic Burst, I need nearly all original new OCs to add. I'll need one good guy and one Requiem member. Remember this is for Mythic Burst, so read the system above to then make your new OC beys.

This is just a quick post about the system, and little info for the story and the OC Contest. I'll make a more detailed post, later maybe after or during Mythical's finale.

Chapter 40: Vahalla vs Requiem pt.1! A New Rivalry!

Van woke up, sweat dripping down his face, quickly he got up and ran to the bathroom, turning his shower on and entering it.
Today was it, everyone sat in the seating area. Each team at their own place.
Gunta(Excited): “Alright boys and girls! Today, begins the War between Valhalla and Requiem! Could the captains and vice-captains step forward, and tell everyone, your bladers and beys!”
Keith, Baki, Van and Obito all walked up to the stadium. The mic was handed to Van first.
Van(Calm): “My team consists of me, Van Aoi, aswell as Obito Zen’in, Gemma Kobayashi, Daishi Zakuro and Kai Fajiyoto. Our beys are Calamity Valkyrie, Omega Orion, Elite Gladius, Wither/Void Diabolos and Forge Vulcan.”
{Nearly two thirds of the crowd clapped. Keith then took the mic and spoke.}
Keith(Calm): “My team consists of me, Keith Shadis, and my friends: Baki Alcazba, Lucy Kurenai, War Shakadera and Barry Robertson. Our beys are Mythical Kratos, Dynamic Bahamut, Mischievous Loki, Immortal Warrior and Revolution Bellerophon.”
{The other third clapped for Valhalla. Finn, Shane, Irene, Neusa, Percy, and many others friends, family and legends sat there, rooting for Keith.}
Both teams came up and circled the stadium, as the Referee began calling out rules.
Referee: “The rules are as follows: The war will begin with three 2-2 rounds, after this we’ll go to 1-1’s. We will be using the Dropdown Orbit Stadium. For the first battle, we’ll be using a disc-like platform to keep beys from falling down. Use your BeyLoggers to register your bladers!”
{Requiem and Valhalla returned to their booths, and they had about a minute to come up with their duos for Round One.}
Keith(Thoughtfully): “Having five bladers makes predicting the team even harder. We have basically three options: Safe, which is sending up Baki, me or Lucy. We have Semi-Safe, which is sending me or Lucy with either War or Barry. And our final option is 'Reckless', which is purely sending Barry and War up.”
Baki turned to Keith and said
Baki(Thoughtful): “I’m thinking we take our chances and send up you and Barry. Bellerophon is good at getting opponent’s beys out. And Kratos is probably the heaviest out of all our beys. Let’s go all out for this, and win!”
Keith, Baki, Lucy, War and Barry all put their fists in for a five-way fist-bump.
All(energetic): "Let's give our 200%!"
Van paced back and forth, not from nervousness, but he was thinking hard.
Van(Thoughtfully): "An early lead would be good to have, and if we manage to get it it would spell victory for us. Van looked to his team,
Daishi(Calm): “We could send me and one of our attack bladers up.”
Van: "A balance type would be nice early."
Obito sat forward, and replied,
Obito(Confident): “If we’re sending up Daishi, it’s smart to have a hard hitting attack bey. Kai could be the best bet.”
Kai smirked, and said,
Kai(Confident): “I do have the best attack type here!”
Van then pointed to Obito, replying,
Van(Calm): “We’re sending Obito up. His Omega Orion has the most stamina out of the attack types. Your Forge Vulcan is good for heavy hits but it loses stamina quick. And my Calamity Valkyrie may have good stamina, but I’m saving Valkyrie.”
Obito nodded, and him and Daishi walked up to the stadium.
Kai(Annoyed): "Guess I'll wait then..."
Keith and Barry walked up the other side. Daishi whispered over to Obito.
Daishi(Whispering): “Obito, I’ll use Void. Also, Keith’s mine.”
Obito(Whispering): “All fine by me. Besides, I want to have some fun with Bellerophon.”
All the bladers grabbed their beys, and put them onto their launchers.
Referee: “Ready and set!”
Everyone: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Mythical Kratos, Revolution Bellerophon, Void Diabolos and Omega Orion hit the stadium floor. Kratos was in it’s Balance Mode, Bellerophon and Orion began rushing around the outer ridge, while Diabolos and Kratos fought around the center.}
Keith(Confident): “Guess it’s round 2? Huh, Daishi?”
Daishi narrowed his eyes at Keith. He wouldn’t remember, but Daishi did.

{8 years ago}

Daishi, currently 8, was in school. The blading club had taken off and to join you had to beat the Crimson King. Daishi had no clue who the Crimson King was, but once he got down to the club, some boy with black hair walked up and said,
???: “Are you trying to join the club?”
Daishi: “Yeah, where’s this 'Crimson King'?”
The boy pointed to himself, and said,
???: “I’m the Crimson King, Keith Shadis!”
Daishi blinked, and started laughing,
Daishi(Amused): “You!? You’re the Crimson King?”
Keith stood there, confused and said,
Keith(Confused): “Then battle me, and see how powerful, I am!”
Daishi grabbed his Astral Valkyrie Illegal High Unite’-4, Keith grabbed his Super Achilles M Over High Zeta’-0 and got their launchers.
Daishi(Mind): “Calling yourself a king. I’ll beat you and become the club leader.”
Both: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Astral Dragon and Super Achilles M hit the floor, Astral Valkyrie took the center, while Super Achilles circled the outer ridge, then Keith called.}
Keith(Excited): “Let’s go! Super Shoot!”
{Super Achilles began barraging Astral Valkyrie1. The bound within the Valkyrie1 Core helped absorb the attacks.
Daishi(Confident): "Good luck breaking through my bound defense!"
Keith(Energetic): "Ok then, Achilles!"
{Achilles went to the outer ridge and went down again, the metal glowed red as Keith called.}
Keith(Confident): “Super Slash!”
{The Super Blade slammed into Astral Valkyrie1, compressing the spring too far and bursting it. Daishi was in shock, in his old school he had never lost.}
Daishi(Shocked): "What?!"
Keith grabbed Astral Dragon’s parts and handed them to Daishi.
Keith(Smiling): "You still have a lot to work on, but I'll help with that. Welcome to the club!"
Daishi was confused.
Daishi(confused): "But I didn't win, so I can't join."
Keith: "Yeah, that was a lie. That way people give their all to win."
From that day onwards, Daishi got help from Keith to become one of the best bladers in their school. About 2 years later though, Keith moved back to Europe and Daishi had the club alone, blading with his same bey. He was Keith's friend, but time reverted that. Now, they are enemies by team.

{Present}

{Void Diabolos hit Mythical Kratos into the air. Keith gasped and Daishi called.}
Daishi(Cold): “End it, Void Scythe!”
{A purple scythe appeared and cut into Kratos, leaving it one click down, two more to go. Kratos went to the outer ridge. Orion was on a crash-course going to hit Kratos, but the rubber on Change hit the ridge and Kratos got a burst of power, rushing straight towards the center for Diabolos.}
Keith: "I'm not going down that easily!"
{As Kratos slammed into Diabolos, the Cannon Driver activated. The mini-bey hit the floor and began hitting Kratos, while Diabolos circled Kratos and the Below Disc started hitting the mini-bey when it got deflected.}
Daishi(Confident): “Van has some cool moves that I decided to copy. Now, Shooting Zone!”
{The mini-bey began shooting even quicker off of Diabolos, the already small circle was making Kratos take major damage. Then the mini-bey hit Kratos’ rubber and got sent flying.}
Daishi(Surprised): “Are you kidding?”
{Diabolos went in for the kill}
Obito: "Daishi, dodge!"
{Bellerophon suddenly appeared, as Barry called.}
Barry(Confident): “Revolution Slash!”
{The rubber blade on Revolution’s Blade glowed gold, and struck Diabolos, sending it flying out of the stadium, landing right by Daishi’s feet.}
Obito: "Sorry for that..."
Daishi(Calm): "Focus on the battle."
Bellerophon once again went to the outer ridge, and picked up speed quickly, Barry calling.
Barry(Confident): “Keith, let’s take Obito down together! Now, Bellerophon! Revolution Sync!”
{Bellerophon’s avatar appeared. He grabbed his golden sword and swung it. Whilst entering sync with Barry.}
Keith smiled
Keith(Confident): “Let’s do this, Kratos! God Sync!”
{Keith and Kratos, entered their sync but not any normal sync, their True Sync. Kratos’ avatar appeared and grabbed his axes, swinging them and entering his sync.}
Kratos(Excited): “Let’s go, Keith! We’re using our True Sync!”
Keith(Sync): “Yeah, cause we’re the strongest in the world!”
{Mythical Kratos went to the outer ridge with Bellerohpon, and the two shot towards Orion, as the boys called out.}
Barry(Sync): “Together…”
Keith(Sync): “We'll take you down!”
Both(Sync): “Revolution Axe!”
{Both rubber parts of the beys aligned and aimed towards Orion, but it dodged last second}
Obito: "Yes!"
{Keith and Barry were shocked. Both beys collided and sent each other flying. Kratos hit the wall with the rubber and burst, but Bellerophon hit Orion and sent it flying, making it land near Barry. Bellerophon was barely spinning inside the stadium}
Referee: “Mythical Kratos and Revolution Bellerophon with two Over Finishes! One point is awarded to Keith and Barry.”
Barry walked over and handed Orion to Obito
Obito(Thankful): “Thanks for getting Orion for me.”
Barry smiled, and said,
Barry(Happy): “Of course, you’re a fellow blader. And one that deserves recognition!”
Obito was caught off-guard by the compliment.
The bladers grabbed their beys and launchers, and all prepared.
Everyone: “3! 2! 1! Go Shoot!”
{Mythical Kratos, Revolution Bellerophon, Void Diabolos and Omega Orion hit the stadium floor. The battle seemed similar but Kratos took center, as Keith had set it to Defense Mode.}
Daishi(Cold): “Start this strong, Void Shoot!”
{Diabolos began barraging Kratos, but due to Kratos having awakened it’s Mythical Blade, the attacks weren’t as effective because the rubber and metal axes took the hits.}
{Bellerophon and Orion began barraging around the entire stadium.}
Obito(Excited): “Orion, keep Bellerophon in check!”
Barry(Excited): “Not so fast!”
{Kratos was hit back, but the free-rotating metal ball scraped on the outer part of the driver and slammed into Diabolos. Once again, the Cannon Driver activated, and the mini-bey and Diabolos became two and both went to about the in-between of the center and outer ridge.}
Daishi(Confident): “This time I’ll take you out! Void Cannon Impact!”
{Diabolos hit the Cannon mini-bey, it launched to the outer ridge and collided with the wall, then shooting towards the center. Diabolos went for the center too, creating a double impact on Kratos. The sheer force made Kratos burst. Keith gasped, as he had now left Barry on the battlefield alone.}
Keith(Nervous): “Barry! You’ve got this!”
{Diabolos had lost most it’s stamina, and was now residing within the middle.}
Daishi(Calm): "Obito, let it."
Obito nodded.
{If Bellerophon came to the center and began clashing with it, they would win, as left spin beys can equalize off of right spin beys.}
{Suddenly, Bellerophon came rushing from the outer ridge. It’s speed was like Holy Valkyrie’s, but it went for Orion.}
Daishi(Angry): “You’re kidding, right!?”
{Orion came from the outer ridge, and nearly hit Bellerophon, but Bellerophon’s Xtreme’ Driver got a kick of energy, as Barry called.}
Barry(Confident): “We’ll end it now! Bellerophon, Revolution Sync and Revolution Flash!”
{Bellerophon’s avatar awakened, and grabbed his sword and swung it as his gold armor became even shinier. Same with it’s sword!}
Barry(Sync): “Let’s go, Bellerophon!”
{Bellerophon slammed into Orion, pushing it into the wall. The force from this quick bey and the wall forced Orion to burst.}
{At almost the same time, Diabolos stopped spinning}
Obito(Happy): “That was fun!”
The Referee threw his arm up, calling out,
Referee: “Revolution Bellerophon with a semi Burst Finish! The first point is awarded to Valhalla!”
Barry smiled, and jumped into the air, calling out,
Barry(Excited): “I did it! Let’s go!”
Keith smiled, and high fived Barry. Obito walked up to Barry and stuck his hand.
Obito(Happy): “Let’s be rivals! Your Revolution Bellerophon is worthy of being Omega Orion’s rival.”
Barry shook Obito’s hand, striking up a new friendship, that no one would’ve seen coming.
The rest of Valhalla congratulated them when they returned to the booth. Van’s team was quiet, surprisingly crickets weren’t chirping. Round Two would now begin, and the teams would be picking their teams for the second 2-2 match.
Keith(Confident): “Alright! We’ve got the lead, but we need to win yet, we’re going with Baki and Lucy.”
Baki looked at Keith, and asked,
Baki(Nervous): “You sure, Keith? I’m not too confident that I’ll win.”
Keith put his hand on Baki’s shoulder, and said,
Keith(Confident): “I’m sure, that you and Lucy will get us another victory.”

Gemma: "You guys let us down."
Daishi(Annoyed): If only he wasn't so engaged fighting Barry, we would have won by a double burst finish and get the lead."
Obito was going to say something, but Van cut him off
Van(Confident): “We can't change what happened, so we’re going all in! Me and Kai will wreck Valhalla.”
Kai(Smirking): "Finally!"

Um, so 10 more chapters till Mythical is over

Henry Uber: Uses too much of a honoring a fallen friend backstory and trope. Parents being gone is a pretty basic trope. Henry doesn't really give me super creative vibes, and seems a bit too much like Nagato Uzumaki from Naruto: Shippuden
Alexander Glass: He take on too much as being Theodore's son, and it doesn't really make him the coolest OC, but I guess it's the best one out of these three, kinda feels too forced.
Ian Gadow: The OC is just okay, nothing too special, although most of it is a Dragon Ball Reference, which I don't care for.
