I am sorry if this is TL;DR, but i only wrote this lsit of questions because i have never found anyone asking for exactly these comparisions. You don't need to answer all of them if you don't want to, but please answer at least some of them.

1. Aguma (he’s a legendary Blader that in itself places him leagues above Damian)
2. Bao (Bao has insane speeds and underwent the same training as Aguma)
3. Can’t say since I don’t know who Helios is I am going to skip anything with Helios
4. Chris (any legendary Blader bodies Damian)
5. King
6. Tithi
7. Ryuga (he made Diablo Nemesis use his special move Armageddon)
8. King (he has so many different tactics and modes at his disposal)
9. Chris (he can spin infinitely and not even Pegasus could knock him out)
10. Damian (unless it’s the Doji Beyblade Damian wins as Doji would be mentally scarred from hell’s gate or whatever that move is called)
11. Dark Ryuga (the only one who was capable of defeating him was Pegasus Ryo said so himself)
12. Ryuga (spin-steal OP)
13. Ryo (he has good mental strength and a good bond with Phoenix, not to mention he trained at the place where Beyblade was created)
14. Damian (Tsubasa would only win if this is after his talk with Ryuga, otherwise he would fight his dark side which in turn would lead him to loose)
15. Dark Ryuga (this was the same L-drago that had to battle Pegasus in space because of how strong it was)
16. Ryuga (he stopped the spiral force tower do I need to say more)
17. Faust (he was the ultimate plan according to Ziggurat)
18. Ryuga (the man went through intense training and he totally demolished team Excalibur as well as the guy with Befall)
19. Rago (it took Gingka the power of all of the beyblades in the world to defeat Rago, Damian lost to Gingka with just the power of Pegasus not to mention that Rago’s special move killed Ryuga)

Ryuga (Ryuga lost to Armageddon, Nemesis didn’t even need to use it against all 11 + Kenta legendary bladers). I do think that this would be a close battle.

I think that Yuki lost simply because he didn’t awaken Anubis. In other words he wasn’t a legendary Blader at that time.

Nope the only legendary bladers are Ryuga, Kyoya, Kenta, Gingka, Chris, Aguma, Titi, Dynamis, King, Yuki, and Rago

Kira vs Ryuga:
Ryuga (Destructor was the strongest individual bey out of the legendary bladers)

Kira vs Damian:
Kira if he has samurai otherwise Damian

Kira vs Rago:
Rago hard stomps (he’s the literal god of destruction)

you mean kira from zero g? if so no his not a legendary blader none of the zero g are legendary bladers are the ones with star fragment anyone who doesn't aren't legendary bladers.  now as who would win I don't see anyone in zero g beating him they blader that can and did beat him once aside from rago is gingka (remember ryuga wasn't even in control who knows how it would've ended if l-drago didn't put that stunt on ryuga) 
 honestly when you at ryuga is simply was was to talented to strong his probably the strongest blader to ever live in metal saga aside from rago (although his the strongest in my opinion)

So Gingka with everyone’s bey power is a universal level being, and to answer your second question, it’s all power tiering.

There, it was stated that Faust with Basalt Horogium and Brooklyn are multiverse level beings, but i don't know if that has anything to do with the power levels that you are talking about. Nope actually the highest is omnipotent levels. Here’s the wiki article I use: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Tiering_System also I don’t think that Faust is multiverse level but rather planetary level.

Are you sure? Faust's Beyblade was based on the string theory and he can create spiral dimension and a black hole.
And anyway, is there any blader in the metal saga who is multiverse level or higher?

The only character that I could think of that might have that power is Pegasus with all the bey spirits of all the beys. Also Ziggurat stated that if the spiral force were to go lose the entire Earth would be destroyed.

It’s not about withstanding, but the fact that it could defeat nemesis with ease. We know that Nemesis is at least Universal level since he would destroy the entire world, not just earth, not just the solar system, but the entire world ,and then reconstruct it to his liking.

I’m making this post because I kinda wanted to conclude on something that’s been relatively forgotten since the beginning of sparking that being gold turbo and it’s various forms because I feel like it was kinda a dumb move to just straight up get rid of them after all that went down in gt. it’s probably because the turbo forms were too big of a focus in gt while they wanted Sparking to be different but I still feel like they could have brought the turbos back as a casual sort of thing where the beys automatically access the forms when their aura is activated or maybe even personalized versions implying that the turbo forms are no longer the highest potential for a beyblade which is what sparking wanted to convey anyways. Gold turbo no longer being in the picture kinda feels as if the continuity took a hit tbh.

You would think that at least drum would have gold turbo as that was the entire focus of GT. What a waste of a good plot point.

Each of the seasons from three on seem to focus on their own gimmick of sorts. Turbo had resonance, rise had flux/turbo and surge has surge/sparking launches.

Yes but resonance has remained consistent between seasons.

Disagree, it seems more or less like they are in the same boat. We can assume that since bladers with higher flare can extract more power from their bey.
