Xt+ cannot really supply enough LAD unlike Bearing to be paired with Wall/Lift, as it risks scrape when destabilized.
I guess the meta has not yet progressed much despite the release of good Layers, Disks and Frames; and it doesn't look good...

The lack of new info for competitive combos may be due to the people doing the edits are already busy with their lives apart from Beyblades ahahaha

Doesn’t anyone know how good the 00 disk is? I know 7 is the best one for stamina, but what about defense or attack?

Im pretty sure 10 is the best for stamina.
We don't have too much testing/results to verify this, but pretty sure that with the introduction of 00, the places/viability of Disks in the meta has also changed (00, 0, 10, 7, Outer, 5, 8). Of course, there is not much evidence yet to support this train of thought and is subject to change with sufficient testing which is not intended for this thread (if you want to look for viability of parts, kindly use Google and search "<part name e.g. Revive Phoenix> testing wbo", and most probably there are already some tests conducted per part)

I've fond that Cho-z acellies 00 under xtreem usally has burst or KO'd most of my stationarys. I honestly think Cho-Valkyrie is better on the combo thought. But I have to see until I get it XD

My BEST attack combo is
Cho z achillies 7 Meteor xtreme... it won against revive pheonix 9 to 1, 10 rounds, it won 9. Its INSANE. Won against tornado wyvern, deep chaos, alter chronos, drain fafnir, AND ALL THE GOD BEYS. Its insane.
