RE: Winning Combinations at WBO Organized Play Events - Shindog - Jul. 24, 2022 So I played against a KO attack and now I am told your golden boy played one as well. That would be 2 players out of 8 finalist, vs 1 out of 4 finalist for the other event. The usage rate…. seems really close? Actually I think we had at least one more attack in a deck? If ppl don’t win with KO defense, can’t list it. Why wait on the “society” comment till now? Like the wiki says it can't hold a candle to X' but seeing it here and in common combos is kinda weird. I can’t really say if it’s good or not. I’m not good with it, I can say that. But what I’ve learned from competing is that it’s not solely about the parts or combo. There is an exceptional amount of credit that needs to go to the Blader using the Bey. Drift in same spin is trash but there are a select few who can turn that belief on its head. The user of Ul’ at this event did amazing! It’s really up to the skill of the Blader in most cases. Me and Geetster when realizing it was us in the finals decided that we were gonna ban specific combos. Just so that way then this finals would be more fun. Both of us had the same idea with shot and used it on guilty and Xiphoid. I think we both liked it so much that we wanted to use it first, because that’s what we both did each time. His guilty on shot almost instantly KOed my Xiphoid in the standard stadium. It happened so fast neither of our shots activated. Then in the DB stadium on the second match we had to do (because of double elimination) my Xiphoid activated first and then once his activated and went to the edge mine was already going around and hit it right into the pocket for a KO. One of the other players there really wanted me to use quest so I did and it actually got me the winning point in the second match. It was an all around fun match and a great way to end off the weekend!
