That was actually the Dragoon item, not his final smash (Jigglypuff).

She shows it off near the end of the video, actually. Pretty deadly stuff, I think. Not as crazy as Marth's, but it'll be incredibly difficult to avoid.

I'm glad they brought Marth back. He was my favorite character to use (second only to Sheik) in Melee.
Now it seems he's been beefed up as well. Awesome. <3

EDIT: Of ALL the hidden characters, they decide to elaborate on NESS first. Ugh. I was seriously going "Anyone but Ness, please..." as I checked the dojo.
