RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Sep. 24, 2019 (Sep. 24, 2019 1:17 AM)originalzankye Wrote:(Sep. 23, 2019 10:49 PM)KinkoUsagi Wrote: Bah. I'm inpatient. It seems like we were spoiled last year with the Amazon leaks and now we know nothing except the first few releases (although nothing on the gimmicks, etc.). I wonder if Switchstrike will continue? Oh, wow! That's pretty soon. I'm shocked we haven't seen any posters/official pictures of the Beyblades or it updated on Amazon yet. We know only what you've shown us and speculation. I guess we'll have to wait a month or so to finally get an idea of what the drivers are and how the stadium looks like. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - LegoBlader76 - Sep. 25, 2019 Deleted this due to an accidental repost. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - IronFace879 - Sep. 25, 2019 Looks like a good day. Hasbro’s keeping Tomy’s depiction of a HyperSphere Beystadium, a modified skate bowl where beys will ramp vertical walls and return hard according to Zankye reading the description of Hasbro’s description of the Hypersphere gimmick. I wonder if it's going to be possible to score a ring out, since if there are vertical walls I wonder if there'll be any pockets or anything. Hope it's not like a Destroyer Dome, where the Beyblade lose stamina almost immediately. I likd the idea though, but I want to see how much they screw up the beys first from the Takara Tomy versions RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Achilles25 - Sep. 26, 2019 When will the first episode of Rise come out. Canada or UN. But I don't believe it, now anyways I would assume maybe October the dub would start for Canada? US for sure starts later. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Sep. 26, 2019 HUGE NEWS: I found images of rise products on a Australian website. Some dual packs, singles, starters, and new layers and chips by Hasbro. I think these HD images confirm that the weights are fused with the bases and are all plastic. However, The center hexagon of the "weights" is fused with the chip. Also, the new drivers are TH which means they are new drivers. This is a lot to take in, and it's very exciting. Noticeable differences: discs are not the same as Takara Tomy, however they appear to be compatible with disk frames, Gimmicks are probably gone because of this, but more compatibility is okay by me. Also, Hasbro has made new discs and layer bases and drivers, I am excited to see the creativity of these products. Beys (from top to bottom, I used hasbro's naming system for new parts): Solar Sphinx S5 6 TH01 with Zan Air Knight K5 8' TH02 Rudr R5 7 TH03 Bushin Ashindra D71 TH07 with Ten (D71 is Hurricane, but it's different) Wizard Fafnir F5 D70 (Hasbro's Ratchet) TH06 with Sen Sword Valtryek V5 D69 (Hasbro's Blitz) TH05 with Retsu Ace Dragon D5 D72 (Hasbro's Sting) TH08 with Zan Dual Packs: Ogre O5 0 TH05 and Rock Dragon D5 D72 (Hasbro's Sting) TH14 with Zan Dullahan D5 11 TH03 and Viper Hydrax D74 (BRAND NEW DISK) TH15 with Ten Gargoyle G5 10 TH07 and Cosmic Kraken K5 D73 (BRAND NEW DISK) TH02 with Ten Once Again, very excited to see what the tips are like and how the products perform. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Sep. 26, 2019 WHAT?! I cannot even process this. An EVOLUTION TO KRAKEN AND PHAROAH!!! PLEASE LET MORRIGNA BE NEXT! Ikr, I'm was am hoping for that too! Hydrax is basically an evolution to Typhon, however I hope Morrigna isn't just a rerelease RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Sep. 26, 2019 Interesting, it looks like the GT Disks were turned into core Disks... RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Jinbee - Sep. 26, 2019 The new GT disks here look interesting, I kinda like them since they're apparently usable like core disks, but it feels unwise because Metal Hurricane with no free spin parts would be kinda dangerous given it's saw like design. Funny enough now Hasbro has made exclusive disks, it completes it all. They made exclusive layers and drivers and still do, so why not the disk too? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Sep. 26, 2019 My question is how light the weight of the disks would be, or if they're heavier than 00 then the competitive game could change RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - LOL-y Rancher - Sep. 26, 2019 It's not too bad so far. The beys aesthetics are kept and whilst the non-gimmicky discs are a bit disappointing, I can see slots for frames to fit onto which is interesting. The black Gargoyle G5 is really nice looking, I wish I could get it >.< RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Sep. 26, 2019 Okay, so it looks like Viper Hydrax is a Left-Spin Bey. Credit to BLITZBOLT from LeMar DeVante's video. Yeah when you look at the GT Chip you'll notice that it's like Fafnir, I do wonder if Hasbro modified Poison Hydra and just did Viper Hydrax instead. Names seem really close which could also mean Hydra just won't be in the anime of GT. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - 4DFury - Sep. 26, 2019 Wow I’m actually impressed, hypersphere looks a lot better than slingshock. The layers look good even without the metal and the exclusive disks and designs are sick! Looking forward to these hitting stores RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Suzaku-X - Sep. 26, 2019 Hm, I wonder when metal-ball less Flare will show up? I don't know what the Hypersphere tips do, but I really hope they aren't like Slingshock where it's all like "oh hey a bad attack mode for riding rails lmao" (For the record that Cosmo/Cosmic Layer base does not have the gimmick otherwise it'd a be different plastic color from the rest.) Good job asthetically Hasbro, but I'm still waiting to see how bad Hypersphere gimmicks are. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Sep. 27, 2019 I hope we can still put frames on the new disks, but I doubt it. It's a possibility because they put Kraken on Cosmo |
