I'd think more along the lines of Plastics > HMS or the Metal Saga > Shogun Steel sort of changes, where something is significantly different but it's still technically part of the same line.

I dunno about that, but I know they've done some weird things with Genesis and Apocalypse, so probably that.

Ok, so the new main character's name will start with either A or G because of Apocalypse and Genenis. Though I have a feeling that it will be G because Genesis sounds like a hero material name.

GT feels more like a 4D kind of thing.
If they were going the shogun steel/Zero G route, I'd assume it would be some kind of new Layer-disk dynamic where disks would be incompatible of some sort to facilitate some kind of new design style.

I think this whole thing was a mistranslation and misunderstanding. The new beys in the customize set is simply for a middle season awakening like they had cho z valkyrie, spriggan, and Achilles. I don't think it's a new series or 5th season at all.

In the CoroCoro it's said than GT will finish soon and we will get a new generation.

Agreed. Because Takara Tomy or Corocoro Channel didnt talk at all about all that stuff. Even the Corocoro itself
Im pretty sure Apocalypse and Genesis are special beys in the GT series just like Kakusei were in ChoZ

I do not want burst to end and with the look of the beys I think either Dante is coming back as the main guy or just a major supporting role but the set is called GT customize set so the beys could be like Diabolos with Gatchi chip and the layer weight is fused cause Gt is a good season and I am hoping it last until at least March.
