It's undeniably a very similar combination but at the same time I don't see why that is even slightly an issue - if you can improve on something, then you should absolutely test it and be appreciated for doing so. My only standard format combo thread was very similar to a pre-existing combination, but with a new part which took it from an effective combiantion mainly used as a counter to a combination which could handle almost anything thrown at it with the right launch technique (TH170) - there's no issue with doing that, and while personally I'm fond of linkbacks in the OP in such cases as a matter of respect, it's absolutely not a mandatory thing because of the policy of "no one owns combinations".

I have found that R2F/LRF in mint condition work better.
