FYI a metal flat bottom actulally is a good peice for stamina, but not so hot on attack!!

I am pretty sure that meant Metal Face, not Metal Flat. And Metal Flat is great for some attack combos (example: Flash ____ W145MF)
I really like the idea of E230MB. This has inspired me.
