one weekdays i go to bed at 11pm and get up at 6 am. on saturdays or summer i get about 12 hours with a go to bed at midnight wake at noon routine. Once i woke up at 2 PM.

On school nights I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 6am so that's 8 hours sleep. On Holidays or Friday and saturdays I usualy go to sleep at 1 or 12am and wake up at 8am so thats 8 hours sleep still ...
The longest I have slept for is 15 hours and I felt horrible when I woke up ;_; , Also is it just me that has once woken up liying at the end of their bed >_>

I usually go to bed around 11pm and wake up at like 7ish.
So I get around 7-8 hours of sleep.
On holidays weekends and stuff I sleep anytime I want and wake up whenever.
I usually have to doze for at least a hour before I go to sleep

ive had serious problems sleeping lately i try to sleep early but i cant untill like 2- 2:30 i cant stand it!!! i try to sleep and i start thinking about stuff and life and all that and i get adjetated in bed and with my pillow and dead set i just cant sleep its really bad

i usually sleep at 10:30 at school days and wake up at almost 6 am.
during vacations i sleep whenever i want to (usually between 11-1 ) and wake up at 8 or 9 and sometimes 10.

Yeah I used to get that. I thought about life and death and stuff, it freaked me out. I saw some lady about it but she didn't help. It's okay now, I have a better relationship with God. But uh, I know that's not for everyone. ^^; Just think of happy things or something. And talk to someone else about it.

lol its not so much about life and death its more about things that are happening in my life lol i swear my life could be a tv series at times.
But hopefully my sleeping problem will pass

^Same I do now so I feel a lot better now that I have a better relationship, I could never sleep cause' my sister always said when I fell asleep a zombie would kill me when I wake up again, it always scared me for about 2 months(I was 9 so ...) and when I was 11 or 12 I could never get to sleep and sometimes stayed up to 1am and I alwaysed cried because of it. But now I sleep pretty well ^^

lol lucky you. Gosh you would have sucked at sleeping after a horror movie if even your sister could scare you.

Funny story, I watched thirteen ghosts and well ... I was scared to go to sleep or have a fricken' shower or be home alone for 2 years because of that. I regret watching that.
