I gotta say that the Kingdom Hearts games have awesome music. I'm quiet a sucker for "Dramatic Orchestral Piano" music.
But my favourite OSTs would basically be anything composed by Shoji Meguro or Chikayo Fukuda.

I must agree with you on that. My fav tunes from the MMZ series though were both opening themes on 1 and 2 can't remember what they were called... Zero was all bad-a in Z2 though

The banjo kazooie games have wonderful music. a lot of it is orchestra music produced by MIDI, but it really captures the feeling. It's very sad that they stopped making them for nintendo, and instead released all the old games on xbox360, with all of the nintendo related jokes and whatnot removed. though that is a bit off topic.

Kingdom Hearts music is awesome!
It gets me in a lively mood!
Tension Rising is great,
but the Organization 13 themes sound WOW (except the 13th anthology)
