I like the ideas that you have for this story, and I would like to see how you are going to write it. If you are able to give the characters good personalities, give good descriptions, and tell the story in an interesting way, I think that it could be pretty cool.

Beyblading Syle: Similar to that of Helios (from Sol Blaze, the Scorching-hot Invader)

Energy Ring: Freeze
Fusion Wheel: Luna
Spin Track: Variable 145
Performance Tip: Around Flat (functions similar to Around Sharp, only a bit more aggressive)
