I think it is a resounding 'nay' unless you want your combo to have some serious Draciel action. It is a wheel only good for fun, and is not very good competitively.

It's true. Watch JapBeyblader's Storm Pegasis Test! The RF is like the Sword of Akasha from Code Geass: it was designed to kill the Gods (though in this case it actually wasn't designed for it, but still does a pretty good job at it).
