I don't think so. Also, there are many phrases, which you can just create by rearranging some letters, which would make us say a different word. Lets consider the lady who posted above me, Deikailo. Kailo....Dei.....Kailo Dei Kailo Dei Kailo Dei Kailo Dei. Say this fast, and you'll end up saying Deikailo.

It's the hardest one I've gone through.
If Malayalam is allowed I can give Tongue Twisters which may take you years to figure out.
