click send money.
enter in his/her paypal address (their paypal email)
enter amount/currency you want to send and define as goods or services.
then you click continue and confirm your address then send payment.
before you do that though, talk to dimsum2u; because its always better to alert the seller with a PM before sending them money from out of nowhere. hope this helps.
