well first u go on my settings then there is abutton near change avatar below that says change signature then u paste the link of the pic on insert pic link

if by link u mean something that says [IMG]blahblahblahlinkhere[/IMG] u copy that and paste it and it will show up as a sig after its posted in ur sig box
