RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Lego bey god - Aug. 03, 2019 (Aug. 03, 2019 5:29 PM)KinkoUsagi Wrote: The orbs are plastic and don't move?! ... YIKES we cant always assume the worst but only hope for the best. the first season of beyblade burst wasnt all that great and some beys didnt even have the correct parts or colors(nova nepstrius, wild wyrvon, etc) but then in the next season (evolution) hasbro released their best stuff. everything in evolution was how it should be, they even released dual layer parts that werent released in the dual layer season (orbit, trans, etc) so im just saying turbo could be like the first season (but worse) and rise could be like evolution (but much better) RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Aug. 03, 2019 (Aug. 03, 2019 5:40 PM)Lego bey god Wrote:(Aug. 03, 2019 5:29 PM)KinkoUsagi Wrote: The orbs are plastic and don't move?! ... YIKES That's kind of my thought as well. But I know that there are only two ways Rise can go, incredibly good or horribly bad. I'm hoping for incredibly good RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - g2_ - Aug. 03, 2019 (Aug. 03, 2019 9:59 PM)BeyCrafter Wrote:(Aug. 03, 2019 5:40 PM)Lego bey god Wrote: we cant always assume the worst but only hope for the best. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Aug. 04, 2019 Morrigna M4 -> Best hasbro exclusive and an extremely solid release! RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - MagikHorse - Aug. 04, 2019 Gotta admit, you made me think it came with that Cross frame by sticking it in the thumbnail like that. You almost gave me too much hope in Hasbro. At least Morrigna looks good even without it. I'm cravin' that raven. That was YT's fault I updated the thumbnail right before the video went up and it didn't change RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - originalzankye - Aug. 04, 2019 Here I have my video on Fafnir F4 if anyone was wondering I did a bit of testing on this one since F4 has a lot of differences compared to TT. Gone, reduced to atoms RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - g2_ - Aug. 04, 2019 (Aug. 04, 2019 10:28 PM)originalzankye Wrote:(Aug. 04, 2019 10:26 PM)g2_ Wrote: Where's the motha fricking rubbbbbbaaaaaaaaa? But the work is done, it always will be. I'm inevitable. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Jman jman - Aug. 04, 2019 Well after seeing what Hasbro did to Fafnir F4 I might as well buy a fake version that's basically the same as Hasbro cheap beyblade but just at a lower price. luinor L4 and now Fafnir F4 both had the soul of the bey removed. Luinor's metal and Fafnir rubber. I'm so sad RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Aug. 05, 2019 LOL @ no rubber. It's almost a parody now. HOWEVER, I'm curious about Absorb. While I know it's not competitive in TT format, it's one of my favourite drivers. Finally, it's hard to judge the tightness of slopes because outside of 1-2 drivers (Prevail, for example) the Slingshock drivers have awful springs. Absorb is in the shape of eternal and pretty much functions like that, the actual gimmick of it is impossible to activate so pretty much you just have a glorified eternal-s RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BreakerDS - Aug. 05, 2019 Did a Beyhunt today in South Texas. My Target now has the Riptide Blast Set and some Walmarts have the Cross Collision Battle Set. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - IronFace879 - Aug. 05, 2019 This really has to be a whole new level of lame. No wonder they don’t give us any more Slingshock beys in Australia. Wait, I forgot, did Leopard still have the rubber teeth? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Suzaku-X - Aug. 06, 2019 Well Engaard lost a lot of its soul, ouch (Still calling Ashura A4 0 Massive-S) RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyCrafter - Aug. 06, 2019 I have a theory as to why Slingshock is the way it is. Hasbro plans to rerelease the Beys after Slingshock, and they change the Tips enough to not replace the originals for the eventual rerelease. This is a theory, however, but I don't think Slingshock will be as relevant in Rise like it is in Turbo. Makes sense why we have offenders like Sword-S, Dimension-S, Absorb-S and Quest-S, but it's still dumb. And I also don't believe they're dropping the new Discs for Rise, that I am 100% confident in. The Proof frame for Pegasus is the only outlier right now. Cool theory, sounds a lot like the New Coke scenario: release a new version of the product which is met with backlash, then release the product how it was before the backlash at a later date and call it "product classic" or in this case, "Switchstrike" version. Kinda like the Zeutron re-release except affecting a larger line of beys. As much as you guys want Hasbro to do things they were that was supposed too, it's not happening most likely since Slingshock happened with no metal and stripped of a lot gimmicks after Hasbro lost over 425 million dollars with Toys r us due to bankruptcy, which wasn't only beyblade franchise but all other franchises, from Marvel , Star Wars etc. This is on the annual financial report launched on Toy fair 2019 back in February on the first day of NYTF 2019. Which is also why in my interview they were very dodgy of things and did say if they are going to redo any previous beys it'll only be on an extremely small scale with releases fans really like. This is why things like Spryzen look like they have no metal on the chip or why we legit have only gotten 2 releases that actually had metal on the layer. It's also why things like Fafnir F4 and other recent releases have sucked with only few that actually was good. my mail came today I got this, it's alright nothing crazy slopes are good I guess and tip is nice. There’s supposed to be a Championship Clash Digital Beystadium?
