This weekend I'm going to play Paintball for the first time, so I'm just wondering does it hurt as bad as people say it does? My friend said as long as I put a long sleeve thermal shirt on top of mine then I should be fine but I need to be sure lol.

yes it is,because it takes so long (sometimes more then half the day) the hair dresser has to make up on the lose in busines so they have to charge more
