RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - KidTala - Feb. 19, 2009

I'd rather have HMS...

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Bey Brad - Feb. 19, 2009

Since the WBO has received a lot of donations lately, I've pledged $100 to the Spinoff budget.

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - ChozenBlader - Feb. 19, 2009

It all depends on time KidTala...

EDIT: Thanks Brad Grin

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Feb. 19, 2009

He said if he has enough time. So it'll most likely be at the very end or not at all.

EDIT: Brad......you're the nicest person......*tears up*

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 19, 2009

$100 dollars...Brad is the new A-W-E-S-O-M-O!

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Bey Brad - Feb. 19, 2009

Don't thank me, thank all the people who donated. Donations have been great lately and I'd feel bad keeping it all to myself. Wink

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 19, 2009

My avatar specifies how surprised I am!

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 20, 2009

If you charge £5 to enter the tournament, and £15 for a MFB - Chozen could be making £20 out of one person!

We can't charge money at the event.

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - ChozenBlader - Feb. 20, 2009

I'm not looking to make money off this anyway. I just want a tournament to be honest.

See Brad, we are not all heartless pigsWink But $100 is really impressive. That should seriously make for some impressive prizes.

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 20, 2009

Hey which trains do you have to take from the start of the underground stations...I am at the first station but i forgot what its called...how do i get to MCM from here?

Already started training for victory! [Image: anim_19.gif]

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Feb. 20, 2009

Uh well MCM website had a lot of info on how to get there. Basically you need to get to an underground station that can get you to a DLR station and the just get that to Custom House.

What do you mean by 'first station' anyways?

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 20, 2009

The station where all the trains stop. - The First station on the map.

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Feb. 20, 2009

............I don't think there's a station where all the trains stop. Maybe a depot......XD What's it called?

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 20, 2009

Dont worry, found there site - now i know where to go Wink

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 20, 2009

Is there going to be a lunch break where everyone stops for about 30mins-1hr and people go off to places to eat (e.g. Mc Donalds & KFC)

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Rocky - Feb. 20, 2009

If there is a break it won't be long enough for you to find a MacDonalds or a KFC. If memory serves correctly they've got a standard café, a noodle place, a Bagel Factory.......there are a few other places there - I can't remember which - but I don't think theres a McD or KFC............
Plus people might get hungry at different times? Just have a big breakfast and spend the day nibbling pocky. Wink

I think the WBO has received over $200 in total donations. Really impressive.

Ok, Ill bring 5 choclate bars, 5 sweets and 2 fizzy drinks...I've gotta save some fizzy drink for when I'm there - travelling makes you eat. Confused

Beware, fizzy drinks make me better at blading (somehow) XD maybe its just the energy.

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Sasch - Feb. 21, 2009

I just started checking the costs and possibilities for our tour to London.
I cleared we're going to fly probably, it's both faster and less expensive.
But we still need places to stay, and before we book some rooms, I thought we might ask some of you Londoners if someone had a places to sleep for us. We're poor students, so saving a bit money would be awesome.
Would anyone think this is possible?

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Ash - Feb. 21, 2009

Go to premier Inn, £75 per night
Im full but you can sleep in the Haunted Loft.

RE: Beyblade Spinoff: UK Revolution - Munkerz - Feb. 21, 2009

Probably be living on Pocky again XD
Being a convention full mainly of Anime fans, it won't be in short supply.
So another random question, what's the plan, to have a competition on both days (or one over both), or one day?
