I think he got it from buzztoy2007's bid. He's selling it for 29.99 shipping plus 0.01¢, which is 30$. I also saw nobody bid on it.

The black driger v isn't that hard to find since they're available on YJA cheaply(under 1000 yen) but the Mams is quite hard to find.
