one of my friends made a car accident before a couple of days and the 4 guys that were with him all died and he is now in the hospital

Once you make the rule, I will stop. I don't see how there being kids affects anything; if they are old enough to type well enough to post here...or old enough to remember Beyblade, they should have already had a drug talk at school or from their parents. I've never told anyone to do drugs, I leave that open to the reader...but I inform TRUTH that the US Government lies about constantly in their ads.

By ten I had many drug talks, at least once a year at school since 2nd grade. I don't see how it's inappropriate; it's everywhere. Music, tv, the news, movies, it's kinda hard to get away from it.

just because it's everywhere does not mean it should be here; a board for a children's spinning top game. this just isn't the place to preach your message, despite how true or untrue it may be.
even putting aside whether or not its appropriate, do any of our elder members really care? i'm not trying to put you down or anything, but i don't think are older members are doing a lot of drugs/care about the propaganda about it

Just because it's not a rule doesn't mean you can't get in trouble for it, especially after I warned you to stop and told you there were rules coming up. The rules are a guideline. If you ignore a staff member telling you to stop it, you'll get a warning. Which you're getting now.
