And yes. It is now confirmed that Meteo L Drago can switch modes. The gold sections of the Wheel are for "Strong/Powerful Strike Mode"(?) while the silver sections are for "Multi-Hit Mode":

It’s just a ‘left version of R2F’ but made from plastic instead. The reversed star shape (as opposed to R2F) was designed to make the Bottom grip the Stadium better in left spin, but this would probably not work well.
LW105 is basically a ‘left version of W105 (which works like DF145)’ but is intended for left spin Beys.

funny enough i first thought that was edited (still do because it just doesn't look natural) but then i tried it on gaia dragoon MS (left spin) against rock giraffe R145WB and it seemed feasible.

i watched this twice and on the second time i noticed that she span meteo l drago with her bare hands now that is amazing!! a zombie blade if i have ever seen one. do you thing that clear and metal wheel will be aloud at tournaments?

It's not a zombie.
To be fair, any left spin bey can absorb spin from any right spin bey and vice versa. It just so happens that, because this has rubber, this would be more effective.
