Whenever you see Desert Sphinxer NIB (which is usually the condition people sell it in) it's always very expensive (usually over $100) so that's kinda hard to answer. It's usually overpriced due to it's rarity. Bearing Gyros isn't worth too much. Maybe around $50 NIB. Despite it's rarity no one really wants one that much.

I value my mint one at around $120-130 so that isn't too bad for a NIB. Desert Sphynxers are a lot more scarce than they were.

Definitely yes. 150 for a NIB one is an appropriate price, and beys for appropriate prices are hard to find especially considering the sky-rocketing prices at the moment.

From a collector's point of view, seems like a good price.
Don't expect ANY competitive performance from it, it's really not worth using, there are too many better choices for whatever role you want to use its parts in.
