Uh, yeah it is. Loads of streetwear brands in Japan make shirts in a similar design.
And no, it is not. It's from a menswear brand called SLOWHANDJAM.

I've been to japan their style has SOME aspects of those that you show but its rare and not too common >.> and yes i went recently back in december, and if you look at the more popular brands such as buden akindo, sevn joen you'll notice little or none, your too quick to judge, have you been to japan? Were you there long? Unless you were there for a month+ then please dont tell me what their fashion is like

Slow Hand Jam is a popular brand with Gyaru-o and hosts, so I can see why you wouldn't know about it if you didn't pay any attention to those scenes. Not everyone is into the Japanese denim brands and the culture surrounding them.
Keep in mind that the vast majority of Brad's wardrobe is from Tornado Mart, so, yes, he does know a thing or two about Japanese men's fashion.

You mean ganguro? I tried to avoid them
i went to a few host clubs (i didn't personally interact with them much, a friend did) from what i experienced they all didn't look how they were depicted in jdramas either but might just be the style of them dressing similary, this was in kabukicho and osaka, but i did see some people dress like that but they were in akhihabara (spelled right i think) but they were like anime t shirts and such.

The ganguro substyle really isn't popular anymore, it's so extreme. Most girls are just wearing gyaru style, and gyaru-o is the male version.

Oh, well then. You've been to Japan for a month. That definitely trumps following Japanese men's street fashion with extreme interest for several years and having a wardrobe that is 90% made up of Japanese labels.

Collectively over 18 years i've been there for abot 9months or so~ So i guess experience over internet experience does, please dont take my posts as being offensive its just your trying to say you know more about something you haven't experienced first hand from the country yourself, and the main fashion back in january was mainly urbanware and the clothing you showed above i never even saw despite being in some of the most populated parts of japan

Thats exactly what im argueing against -.- The style he's using is the least popular there right now, if it was a popular style of clothing then i would've seen it often which i didn't, i'll leave this here since the guy above has a point, if you want to carry this on then direct me to the japanese thread or somethin

Just to add one more thing, it doesn't matter if it is out of date there since America get the stuff later or don't get it at all, a bit like games and such. Anyway, leave it at that now and if you want to reply back then PM me instead.
