Hah, haven't checked this thread quickly enough to reply on time. Stone Edge says hi, that's why I said etc. Plus, you can run a mixed set and use Dragon Pulse.
Here is some special moves:
Dragon Pulse
Aura Sphere (signature move)
Psychic
Water Pulse (Only if necessary)
Flash Cannon
Lucario outspeeds Dragonite, has higher base attack and SA than dragonite's defenses, is often ev trained for sweeping while Dragonite is not trained for walling, and (forgot to mention this) can learn Magnet Rise (meh, but still there), IP and TP (Ice and thunderpunches).

salac berry+belly drum+gluttony linoone can pwn but gets wallled by tooo much stuff....... i ran a belly drum hihidaruma once, its epic but kinda hard to get running, u can use it with daruma mode, if u want but NOT RECKLESS then FB recoil killls it.here is how u do it.
first u use max HP, max speed drifloon and thunder wave then u start subbing till ur opponent gets para hax then
BP to hihidaruma.
then SUB and begin firing of u r stuff u need 252 speed for this though

haxorus. 147 base attack. pretty high speed also. no other explanation needed.
victini. looks awesome and its movie sig move has 180 and only lowers three stats.
