A more accurate translation could be needed, but it seems that the new anime will start only in April 2009.
It did seem too quick to me : Adachi Takafumi jus started making the manga, and the anime would have been broadcast after only three or four chapters ...

The Anime will start April '09.
The manga should be 20 chapters into the series when the anime begins.
