RE: Power of the SwitchStrike Starter Launcher - TCBlading - Aug. 29, 2018 The switchstrike launcher itself is pretty reliable esp for control in attack, esp for bigger hands, but the ripcord teeth are not that hardy & some can be deformed or bent, same as the rip cord from the small thin standard blue & red Hasbro launchers. The plastic used in the rip cord for the Supergrip launcher however is tougher & it’s teeth hold up a lot longer so I would use that with either Switchstrike or standard thin launchers for powerful controllable launches. Also I find the small thin Hasbro launchers can actually be stronger/longer lasting in the prongs than the Switchstrike prong mechanism. And just as powerful if you use the same length ripcord. Lúinor has the "Ú" this time. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Floriano - Aug. 31, 2018 Yeah kind of what I thought, so basically you either try to ignore the entire mechanic, or bet on it actually doing what it seems it's supposed to do, get on dem railroad and try to get enough speed? for a strong hit. I wonder if they got this idea from Volcanic and trying to keep it inside the arena. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Tempo. - Aug. 31, 2018 Huh, guess my assumptions were right. The slingshock drivers are probably just going to be super wide flats like volcanic that can gain enough speed to "ride" those ramps. I thought ths Colossus Stadium did a decent job of keeping super fast beys out of the pockets, but i guess this works too????? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Hato - Sep. 01, 2018 There have been many questions about the functionality of SlingShock Drivers and this should answer that: Driver Images (Click to View) Also, I have a diagram which explains how the stadium works: Rail Rush Stadium (Click to View) *Just to clarify, I say Giga Hole Flat because of the concept. The size seems smaller than Giga Flat, but I just want to give a bit more visual, haha. The concept of the tip changing is really cool and I'll give Hasbro credit for making interesting original proper Drivers. I think it's really cool that they went out their way to make multiple types. The stadium on top view looks like a frog in a way, but it is an interesting way to make the ramp gimmick, still it seems interesting I suppose. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Grey Bey - Sep. 01, 2018 HASBRO-EXCLUSIVE DRIVERS? I was worried at first, but now i'm loving the turbo line!!! RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Real_ilinnuc - Sep. 01, 2018 Is there a source for this info? Also did you make those diagrams? If so they look awesome. If not I wouldn't recommend putting trademarks on them because they aren't yours. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BladerGem - Sep. 01, 2018 I'm wondering if they'll only do the SlingShock gimmick to older drivers, and the new Chou-Z/Turbo beys will be untouched? (How are they going to add SlingShock to, say, Yard?) RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Sep. 01, 2018 (Sep. 01, 2018 9:31 PM)BladerGem Wrote: I'm wondering if they'll only do the SlingShock gimmick to older drivers, and the new Chou-Z/Turbo beys will be untouched? (How are they going to add SlingShock to, say, Yard?) They can use the fixed part around the ball for the attack mode Entertainment Earth seems to have removed every trace of Turbo... RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Grey Bey - Sep. 01, 2018 so,speculation here: maybe these Dual Layer recolors have the _4 in the name because they have SlingShock tips, and the Turbo beys have the _4 because they are Turbo/ChoZ layers, but the tips are normal like TT's? because I can clearly see that Volcanic and Xtend apparently remained untouched in the Hasbro version (although that Jolt is clearly a lot different...idk) with thiat,we would have two types of SlingShock beys: the Turbo beys and the Dual Layers/God Layers with SlingShock tips? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Sep. 01, 2018 (Sep. 01, 2018 10:31 PM)Grey Bey Wrote: so,speculation here: Maybe some Beys seem/are untouched due to their ability to move around the stadium and ride the rails. (How are they going to add SlingShock to, say, Yard?) So far, no. The high res pictures of three of the four starter packs from Zankye's video about the Rail Rush set proves that the new Tips have this gimmick too, for example TA15 S for Volcanic and TA16 S for Jolt. Because Volcanic and Jolt TOTALLY need the gimmick in order to get onto the rails... >_> RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Kevo - Sep. 03, 2018 I found high res (watermark free) images of the new turbo stuff: https://imgur.com/a/7jGcvjt Source: https://creativewholesaleonline.com.au/catalogsearch/result/?q=beyblade+burst+turbo RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Real_ilinnuc - Sep. 03, 2018 Thanks Kevo! RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - MGoldZeo - Sep. 03, 2018 Does anyone notice this weird part on Volcanic? Edit: How do I post a picture? At the moment, unless Hasbro becomes nice enough to turn it into $25AUD again and not $30AUD.
