I don't know I'm probably just being dumb but I'm having a sort of nervous breakdown or something.
I've slept at most 8 hours in the past three days and I've been really stressed out because of what is going on with my home life, which is probably causing my lack of sleep.
But I'm tired and irritable and frustrated and depressed and pissed off all rolled into one and I've never felt like this before and I don't know how to handle it, particularly since I just started feeling like this for really no reason at all.
I was just sitting at the computer vegging out to some music and not doing anything in particular and I started tearing up for no reason. Maybe it was because of the semi-depressing music I was listening to, I'm not sure. But yeah I just started watering up and then I decided to get in the shower hoping that it would take my mind somewhere that didn't make me want to kill myself or someone else and well that didn't work out so well.
So now I'm back on the computer wishing I had something to do with myself, still tired and irritable and frustrated and depressed and pissed off all rolled into one.
