I came back today with 2 Solemn Warning; it's made my Sabers wrecking machines. I got an Ultra for 60 and an Ulti for 85. I don't really like the thinness of the Ulti, so I'm looking to trade it for an Ultra... maybe.

I bought the book, "Bring It!" by Tony Horton.
I love it
Theres a lot more in there than I expected. It covers pretty much everything; mental, physical, "the whole shebang"(as Tony says in it)
There's programs, 3 different levels, from beginning exercise, to advanced, and you build your way up(unless you stat at the top)
There's a library of moves, from strength, to plyometrics, to yoga (I love yoga, I'm really big on yoga- namaste)
Whole nutrition section. It covers how to get rid of toxic food, recipes, and information about what you need to know about food.
a sorta...motivational section. Talks about life and choices and many many things.
I love it

I got a mini Newton's Cradle,a holographic Aries constellation postcard,and Neapolitan freeze dried ice cream from the gift shop of the science discovery center I went to today for a field trip.The postcard is awesome,the cradle works fine,and the ice cream surprisingly tasted like real ice cream
