Because unapproved tournaments are not allowed and are not as interesting as approved events ...

RE: [LAS VEGAS NEVADA, USA] Tournament Discussion - Team Shadow - Nov. 10, 2011

How r they not allowed

RE: [LAS VEGAS NEVADA, USA] Tournament Discussion - Kai-V - Nov. 10, 2011

We are a fan-run organisation with a particular event structure we need to push for and constantly encourage, so of course we cannot allow the advertisement of tournaments that do not follow that structure, that are not approved.

RE: [LAS VEGAS NEVADA, USA] Tournament Discussion - Team Shadow - Nov. 11, 2011

Did u email the people who I invited to the tournament

RE: [LAS VEGAS NEVADA, USA] Tournament Discussion - Half Nail - Mar. 05, 2012

Ok, this is sad. STOP PM'ING ME ASKING FOR ME TO START A TOURNAMENT. Number one: I quit Beyblade. Number two: I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN ORGANIZE THESE. I started out knowing nothing, but hey, I hosted two tournaments! Ask people. Come up with your own ideas. STOP ASKING ME. STOP WHINING. DO SOMETHING.

I'm dissapointed in my Beyblade community, although I am no longer a part of it.

Whelp this has been dead for a longer time than necessary. Shouldn't it be moved or locked since (If I recall) the member who actually owned the thread left and it's been dead for so long now, or am I just crazy?

The last post was only a few months ago :\

Just since the starter is inactive doesn't mean other host can't use this thread.

Just because it's been posted in doesn't mean it's alive, only when active discussions are going on is a thread alive and active. Months of inactivity with a necropost on a rare occasion is basically the same as saying it's just dead.

True, but then we don't have an option to edit poles for them, also, a new thread would likely get a little more attention, although it seems most of the Vegas Blader's are gone anyway, or at least it seems they are. I mean, it doesn't require itself a new thread, that part is from my OCD just bugging me mainly, but it would be nice.

Mods can edit threads.

And there's always going to be a mod who will edit a thread for us whenever we find it convenient?

RE: [LAS VEGAS NEVADA, USA] Tournament Discussion - DRAGON KING - Apr. 10, 2014

If it's actually important, like putting up a poll or a mass OP edit, a mod will edit it. But trying to edit it a little bit everyday would be annoying to the mod. But there doesn't even seem to be anybody trying to host, so...

So a mod is going to drop what they're doing to just do what we need them to at any given moment when we need it? At least with daily edit they can expect it, but with that logic you're saying that the mod's have nothing better to do than to wait for us to ask them for an edit this thread at any given moment. Anywho, even if no one is hosting, nothing ever says no one will, and a fresh start might be nice.

RE: [LAS VEGAS NEVADA, USA] Tournament Discussion - DRAGON KING - Apr. 10, 2014

I'm not saying that... Users are promoted to mods to help other users and the community. I'm sure they wouldn't mind doing it sometimes, a good example is a few months agin when I wanted to remake a thread but the head moderator told me that I could just ask a mod to edit it.

But the point of that is...? It only waists the time of people and takes longer, as you have to wait for the mod to be open to do this after sending the request('s). This is more for efficiency's sake than anything.
