It's Quake

Thanks for clearing that up lol

This design is absolutely strange and... I kinda like it. It's like a mix between a dented or rigid V2 and G2.

Just scroll down a bit and you'll see all three new Dual Packs in the same row.

The box for the Dragoon Storm & Dranzer S Dual Pack, which comes with Dragoon Storm Wing Xtreme and Dranzer Spiral Spread Unite, is already in this thread, so I'm just going to show the Beys for that one. While I wish Hasbro released Dranzer Spiral with Trans, another thing I don't like is the fact that Hasbro removed the words that would say the Plastic Gen Bey's names. Both of them used to say Dragoon S and Dranzer S on their stickers for TT, but for Hasbro, it looks like it's removed completely.

Here's also the Beyblade Wikia article for this Dual Pack as well: http://beyblade.wikia.com/wiki/Dragoon_Storm_%26_Dranzer_S_Dual_Pack

Next up is the Istros I2 & Gaianon G2 Dual Pack: http://beyblade.wikia.com/wiki/Istros_I2_%26_Gaianon_G2_Dual_Pack

This one comes with Istros I2 Upper Survive and a gold recolor of Gaianon G2 Quarter Fusion. I kinda wish G2 could gotten some different parts as we already had a G2 QF release by Hasbro.

Next up is the Surtr S2 & Odax O2 Dual Pack: http://beyblade.wikia.com/wiki/Surtr_S2_%26_Odax_O2_Dual_Pack

It comes with Surtr S2 Spread Quake and Odax O2 Vertical Claw, both look nice.

Man I was HYPE for Surtr S2 and then spread quake killed it. I was hoping for something like Yell Spiral or Nine Hold.

Is it me, or does the hasbro dragoon S look like single layer deathsycther? If it behaves like a left spin deathsycther, we might have a tank on our hands

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Apr. 05, 2018

Istros I2 and Gaianon G2 are both really nice layers! Except, neither really offer anything fresh. Boring, generic parts and uninteresting re-colours. They couldn't give Gaianon, with the gold layer, a gold driver, too? Come on. Istros having Upper and Survive is very boring and they didn't even bother with the colour at all. Guess I'll have to change the parts myself.

Again, Surtr S2 is really nice! Odax O2 is pretty as well, but they didn't even try with the parts and colour choices. What gives? None of these layers offer anything new in terms of gimmick and usability outside of aesthetic. Would it have been so bad to make the colour choices more appealing, give us some Hasbro exclusive drivers/discs or better choices?

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Grey Bey - Apr. 06, 2018

Surtr looks so nice! THE LETTER IN THE MIDDLE IS GOLDEN/YELLOW!!!
definitely my favorite hasbro-exclusive

I've thought that ever since Hasbro revealed their exclusive energy layers. I wish they would have designed their own forge discs and drivers as well. Also I'm hoping they don't stop at these six. A few Hasbro exclusive Switch Strike beys like Surtr S3, Hyrus H3, etc. would be pretty awesome.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - KinkoUsagi - Apr. 06, 2018

SwitchStrike versions would make these all the more worth it... unless they were still generic (didn't have a gimmick) and just had re-colours of the drivers that had no consistency. I'm going to remain optimistic and hope this is the route they're intending and Surtr S3 will have a true quake upgrade with a gimmick utilizing the flames (based off the mythology)

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - MagikHorse - Apr. 06, 2018

Honestly, none of the Hasbro exclusives seem very interesting or worthwhile to me. It certainly doesn't help that most of them are in double sets with a lot of repeated bad parts either. Istrios is the only layer that really looks all that good to me.

I'm more interested in that black and blue Odax O2. Man, that blue makes that thing pop.

That's a horrible name.

Surprising, though? Nope.

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Grey Bey - Apr. 08, 2018

so...I don't know why,but when Boa's voice actor said "Arc Balkesh",the name sounded a bit better xD

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyHunter_Yura - Apr. 09, 2018

I thought Arc Bahamut and Beat Kukulcan were awesome names, but I knew Hasbro was going to change them. However I'm fine with Arc Balkesh and Beat Kalzar, I think they sound slightly less cool, but still cool. Most of Hasbro's renames have grown on me anyway. I thought Satomb and Noctemis sounded goofy at first, but I think they sound pretty cool now. I guess I'm just weird like that. Now what about Regulus? I wonder what they'll call it...

On Zankeys video I think it said "Regulas"

Confirmed it's still called Shelter Regulus

Speaking of unnecessary name changes, Anubion A2 is finally out in Australia! In Coles too, which is incredibly weird since its a supermarket and not a toy store in any form. N2 and Evipero were there in evolution packaging too. This is great news, its Australias first new burst release in FOUR MONTHS. THIS IS RIDUCULOUS.
Hopefully the newer waves shouldnt be far behind, I am so unbelievably sick of waiting for Hasbro to get their act together.

In four months? I've went to my local toy store in Germany and they finally had X2, Z2, I2, and Q2... The previous wave with N2&H3 was released last summer.
Hasbro's overall worldwide marketing is the most terrible thing I've heard about so far, haha.

That's awesome! Shelter Regulus sounds sick! I guess it makes since since J3 and G3 kept their original names.

You found the whole wave 6 starter set then, except for L2. They always go fast. Which is funny,  I was so hyped to finally get an L2 that I bought two, but now that I have them, I rarely use them at all...

I guess there must be miscommunication somewhere, I'm aware it's called Maximus in the anime, but in the app it's called Maximum. I wish Hasbro would just put the full name of the SST beys on the box like they did for V3 & S3.

they only did it for v3 and s3 because of spryzen requiem s3/4 and strike god valtryek v3

RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BeyGa - Apr. 09, 2018

Hasbro distribution is a real mess over here in Brazil. They're releasing some Switch Strike Beys, as well as some Evolution Beys, such as A2, L2, etc. While the anime on TV didn't even finish the first season yet. Oh! And we didn't get to see X2, Z2, I2, Q2 in stores so far. What is going on?! Is this kind of crazy releasing schedule happening anywhere else? ó_õ
