For Rise's dub episodes airing it doesn't matter, Hasbro has to release all the products for Rise before it moves into Sparking just like how in Canada it finished in Aug-Sept and Rise only came October/November.

For New Zealand they're already going to be the first to finish but other ones should only finish around the same time for Canada and US for the dub airing and knowing how they did Rise they're just going to push the dub the following year.

Perhaps Ukraine will show more. Since today we will have a 2 part of episode "Spin! Advance! Survive" and 1 part of the episode "The Final Stage! Facing Aiger!" Maybe 13 episodes is not the maximum.
