RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - .:.:Kai:.:. - May. 25, 2010 jeje well mexican football is too different to british football, we run with the ball, and englands only pass the ball to the their team. But as well Mexico try to do something with UK =( RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Serotonin - Jun. 03, 2010 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/l/liverpool/8719210.stm so gutted, how they dealt with this was an utter shambles will enjoy mid table mediocrity ;[ RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - XDBeyblade - Jun. 03, 2010 International:? Norway were the only team to finish second in the qualifiers groups to not make it to the playoffs I didn't know that ash, lol RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Benkei - Jun. 09, 2010 I had my suspicions about Argentina and Messi lol. The Netherlands were unstoppable in your qualification group. They were the only team to qualify better than England in the end. RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - SK - Jun. 10, 2010 Yeah but to be fair Netherlands had the easiest group lol RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - SK - Jun. 12, 2010 LOL england drawed US. HAHAHAHAHA RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Khel - Jun. 12, 2010 So apparently a goalie named Green carp up big time today. I only know this since my news feed was filled with people from the UK pissed off at him. Personally I hate the english team, I hope they don't get past the group stage. And the English goalie is horrible. RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Benkei - Jun. 13, 2010 England will still win the group and Rooney is first priority for any defender anyway so it was very hard from him. Green made up for his blunder later with some great saves anyway. There are some things to clear up but we should still win the group. Heskey should be proud of himself. And we'll have Barry back next match anyway to hold together the middle four. Oh and SK, before you start slagging off England, where's Norway again? And Flame, watch the US get decimated by Germany in the next round. They won't be able to get past Slovenia's rock hard defense and England will, we'll win the group, destroy Serbia and then France, lose to Brazil and come fourth. The USA won't get that far. RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Flame - Jun. 13, 2010 Yea but watch england lose to algeria....That'll be great! RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Benkei - Jun. 13, 2010 I hate long forum arguments so I wont take this too far, but if Slovenia can beat Algeria, we won't have an issue. RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Serotonin - Jun. 13, 2010 The performance last night was not that great, tbh. The first half was alright, but after the goal was conceded and King went off the performance was considerably worse. It was a really shocking error, but even so, England should have been far more clinical. We should have won, for sure. Heskey and Gerrard were my stand-out performers. Even as a huge Liverpool fan, I have to say that Carragher looked an absolute liability out there. Altidore and Findley tore him apart with their pace. Wright-Phillips didn't do anything for me either; I would have prefered Walcott in the squad to him. RE: General Football (Soccer) Thread - Flame - Jun. 13, 2010 And also Clint Dempsey, Landon Donavan, Altidore, and Tim Howard Proved themselves a threat. Also if the US can beat spain they can beat almost any other team. |
