I didn't expect this fight to go by so fast, since the Team Zooganic releases continue until November. I really hope we see more of them in the coming chapters.

The art got even better again, and one reason is the Avatars. The design philosophy reminds me more of Gens 1-2, and I do like it for the most part (the crown of Leon does look kinda goofy though).  The Avatars are there constantly, even without any special moves. This is very different, and more unique factors will absolutely help both the anime and manga. However, if I'm being honest, for now, I do prefer when they appear specifically during special moves. It makes them have more impact.

I did hope that Team Persona would lose, but perhaps it's too early. I still think Valt losing in the District Tournament was the perfect way to end off the first arc, so if they pull something like that here, perhaps maybe 1 floor before they reach Team Pendragon or something like that, I would be content.

Also, I can't leave this off without talking about Bird. He lost as I expected, but man it still caught me off guard. At this point, Bird might have to change his whole flow if he wants to stand a change. Still waiting for his hair to be let down, btw.

Okay Bird is losing too much at this point, I appreciate the writers actually trying to make Bird get stronger throughout the manga and go through actual development but like Bird needs a win at this point
