We ran 2 1/2 miles timed... I sucked! My time was 18:46! I didn't get last! I actually got like 10th to last, but for someone as bad as me, that's pretty good. I always break down in Chemistry. I have this position against the wall, where I can lean and be comfortable, but not look totally dead. I usually eat spinach takiyaki, 1/2 bowl oatmeal and a protein shake (24G hydrolyzed whey protein isolate) and a couple strawberries. It sounds like a lot lol but the portions are small and the variety large. I also make sure to eat at most 45-60 minutes before training (you don't want to eat a minute before hard physical exertion). After training (some) sugar and protein is good (60G AMP GNC protein shake) and eat some meat and greens But if you don't have access to this than 1/4 a cup of iced coffee should work. Okay so my moms boyfriend bought a trailer thy we are gonna temporarily live in while we build a nice house. We were burning trash that was left by the previous owner. Stupidly, I was looking at my phone while I had trash in my hand heading to the fire. I tossed the trash in the fire ... Can you guess what went with it? My phone! I immediately grabbed the phone out of the fire. And for number two of bad luck Tri, I burnt my finger in the process. At least my phone was in working condition. The case was ruined though. For number three, its not as extreme, but a mud dauber, which is a weird looking wasp got in my shoe and it stung my foot a couple times. Don't worry guys, I'm still alive lol. The slightest bit of internet research would reveal that the Mud Dauber does indeed sting Mud daubers (Sphecidae) and potter or mason wasps (Eumeninae) are solitary wasp species; although capable of stinging, they are rarely aggressive. Mud dauber nests can be a nuisance in garages, under eaves and in other buildings. Ingulit: To be honest i have never even heard of a Mud dauber, interested me. Hence my quick googleing.
