Do you have photoshop? If so then try resizing it to 500×120 (incase it was in the wrong order, I meant 500 pixels in width, and 120 in height.) If you do not, Aqua might do it for you (I cannot get on my computer atm since I have misplaced my charger and it has battery problems.)

500x120 are completely different dimensions to the current dimensions. It will look awfully stretched. If you're in need of a banner or such it would be much better to just add white to the sides......or, in Photoshop, resize the words to the correct size and enlarge the pegasis outline so it's a cut-off background or something......

It's 450 X 130, below the limit of 500 x 500. So he doesn't need to resize it.

I really isn't rocket science to put a sig into your account...try using Photobucket to host all your images and then just link to them. All issues solved.
